RETURN & REFUND POLICY
At ESTETIQUE BEAUTY, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and refund policy below.
RETURNS
For non-defective items received in original condition, a 30% restocking fee will apply. All returns must be made within 15 days of the delivery date and returned in the original packaging and condition.
Once your return request is approved, a return label will be provided. After we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed minus the 30% restocking fee.
ESTETIQUE BEAUTY reserves the right to refuse returns submitted after the 15-day return period.

REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds or replacements for orders placed with an incorrect shipping address entered by the customer.
To request a refund, please email support@estetiquebeauty.com with:
- Your name
- Order number
- Reason for your refund request
Items must be returned in the same condition they were received using the return label provided by our customer support team.
Once approved and received, refunds may take 3–5 business days to appear through your bank or payment provider.
Please do not send returns to the original shipping address.
RETURNED TO SENDER
If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipping the order.
If you choose not to have the order reshipped, a refund may be issued minus:
- Original shipping costs
- Any priority processing fees
- A 30% restocking fee
If the package is lost or destroyed in transit and not returned to us, a 50% store credit may be issued toward a future purchase.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of purchase. After this period, orders are considered processing and can no longer be changed or canceled.
CLEARANCE ITEMS
All clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Custom duties, taxes, and import fees are not included in the product price and are the responsibility of the customer.
